Thanks for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, the issue you encounter is a PayPal issue and our means
of action are somewhat limited.

We only accept PayPal accounts that are backed with a bank account for
security reasons, and unfortunately PayPal requirements for Europe are
that you also need to provide a credit card for this type of account.
Until this problem is solved with PayPal, it is not possible to
subscribe from Europe using a PayPal account, unless it is backed with a
credit card in addition to the bank account information.
